Our School Tour 2018

On the 7th June 2018, we went on our school tour. It was for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class. At 8.30 we left the school for Clare. After 2 ½ hours we had arrived at The Aillwee Caves. First the Tour Guide showed us around the cave and that was really fun. Then, we went to The Birds Of Prey Centre where Dominick, Owen, Lauren and I got to hold some birds. Next, we walked for a long time until we got to this nice restaurant where we had lunch. Then we got back on the bus to go to Athenry. At the Athenry Heritage Centre, we played Tug of War first. Then a man called Eoin taught us Archery. It was so funny at the end of our visit be cause we all got to dress up as historical people and do a drama! That was one of the best parts!Finally, we got back on the bus and we got back to the school at around 6.30. Overall, the day was really fun and everyone enjoyed it.
